After we have finished the set-up phase we will begin implementation of your telesales program. Payment is due on the day your campaign starts. These metrics will help you to better manage the front end of your sales process and enable you to make informed strategic decisions going forward. Workflow/Data Management You will get all leads, appointments, and sales reported to you daily. You will also be provided with an activity summary at the end of each scheduled calling day as well as a weekly progress report highlighting the sales, activity, and metrics of your campaign as it develops. I use ACT as my CRM. I will export your data to you daily in your choice of .dbf, .txt, .csv, or .xls file format. At the end of your campaign we will meet by telephone for a complete consultation and analysis of your campaign including, activity and call metrics, ratios, and return on investment information. This information is useful to continuously improve the quality of your program, efficiency, conversion rates, and to maximize your overall results.
