 1. Set-up

 

We'll start by setting up your program. This generally takes no more than a few days during which I will be consulting with you and some of the members of your sales team and reviewing any pertinent promotional, marketing, sales, or technical material you can provide. It is important to the success of your campaign that you outline goals for your program. It is equally important for me to learn as much about your company, products or services, pricing, terms, etc. as necessary to perform the kind of calls you want me to do for you. Obviously if you want me to take a sale from beginning to end I'll need more information than if you simply want me to generate some leads for you.

 

If you don't have one already, I will create a telesales script for your campaign. The script is built around the value proposition you already offer to your prospects and customers. Workflow/Data Management

I use ACT as my CRM. I will export your data to you daily in your choice of .dbf, .txt, .csv, or .xls file format.

 

 3. Analysis

 

At the end of your campaign we will meet by telephone for a complete consultation and analysis of your campaign including, activity and call metrics, ratios, and return on investment information. This information is useful to continuously improve the quality of your program, efficiency, conversion rates, and to maximize your overall results.
